Job Description – Operations Assistant Manager

About the Role: As the Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day management of short‑term rental properties. You will work closely with the company’s leadership to coordinate logistics, supervise operations, and ensure a high‑quality experience for both guests and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations across all managed properties
- Manage booking calendars and check‑in/check‑out logistics
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance teams
- Communicate with guests, property owners, and service providers
- Support the management team with administrative tasks, invoicing, reporting, and compliance
- Assist in implementing digital tools (PMS, pricing software, smart locks, etc. )
- Monitor the quality and performance of each property
- Respond to operational issues quickly and effectively
- Contribute to the optimisation of processes and guest experience
Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proactive attitude and hands‑on approach
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or short‑term rental operations is a plus
- Comfortable with technology (booking platforms, PMS, Excel, communication tools)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- Driver’s license (preferred)
- Availability to visit properties across Lisbon when needed
