- stage startup. You will be a
- multiplier for and thought partner to the founding team, having significant impact on the business from both a strategic and operational perspective. In the short term, we are looking for a
- stack operations person to design, build, and maintain scalable processes in a
- growing startup. In the
- and
- run run, we are looking for someone who can grow into a people leader that will help us build the team and culture at Rely. Io & enable us to move faster. In a nutshell, you will be doing a little bit of everything except building, designing, marketing and selling our product. Some of your core responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, policies, processes, and
- Directly oversee Operations, HR, Finance and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term. - Strategize and drive various initiatives for the smooth functioning of the
- Creating processes and leading projects that allow us to scale rapidly. Some of those might include:
- Building financial models with actuals & forecasts and automating financial
- Owning and improving all spend management & payroll systems and
- Work with our bookkeeping team to drive monthly financial
- Designing and implementing new hiring, recruitment and onboarding
- Implementing processes and tools for employees according to our policies and standards (e. G. track & request PTO, access & manage benefits, book travels & events, monitoring and managing company expenses, etc. )- Supporting the onboarding of new hires and ensure their seamless integration into Haven- Roll up your sleeves and do everything that helps our customers, company, and teams to succeed**Benefits**:Location: Lisbon (Hybrid Remote).
