What Do You Need?

• Previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a quality restaurant or hotel setting.
• A strong understanding of

  - day restaurant operations — service, bookings, floor management, and people leadership.
• Fluent or conversational English
• Excellent people skills — you motivate and support your team through clear communication and positive leadership.
• A proactive,
  - focused attitude, especially during busy services.
