The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group having 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

We are currently seeking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Revenue Manager (M/F) to wok for Morocco Units, but based in Lisbon Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day to day yield operations
• Daily
  - up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
• Analyze overall monthly performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies
• Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
• Any other reasonable requests made by management

Key Requirements

• 2 years of experience
• Knowledgeable of PMS and RM software
• A strong command of both written and spoken English is required;
• Highly computer literate with a high level command of Excel
• Capable of prioritizing between revenue generating actions and time consuming tasks with low yield impact.
• High level of motivation, determination and commitment.
• Availability to work in other regions (mainly in the Algarve) is a plus
