The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group having 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

We are currently seeking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Revenue Manager (M/F) for Algarve Region;

Key Responsibilities

Execute revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day to day yield operations

Daily
- up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting

Analyze overall monthly performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies

Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity

Any other reasonable requests made by management

Key Requirements

2 years of experience

Knowledgeable of PMS and RM software

A strong command of both written and spoken English is required;

Highly computer literate with a high level command of Excel

Capable of prioritizing between revenue generating actions and time consuming tasks with low yield impact.

High level of motivation, determination and commitment.

Availability to work in other regions (mainly in the Algarve) is a plus
