- notch Operations team and learn the Uber business from the ground up. **What you’ll do**:
- Support the daily operations through operational oversight and analysis: general support, key account management, partner
- Generate leads to grow our
- Handle critical issues of more difficult support
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and general administration of Uber Experts and Senior
- Train, mentor, and guide Uber Experts and Senior Experts to strengthen quality and efficiency
- Manage the relationship with key stakeholders in your
- Manage several locations at the same time (with travel)- Analyze and share Greenlight performance metrics and their overall contribution to the
- Work, together with your Greenlight Manager, to define the Greenlight strategy for Portugal- Improve processes on behalf of Uber Experts and partners to the GL program through project
- Be the liaison between the team and both the Greenlight Manager, the Comm
Ops Manager / RCO and local operations**What you’ll need**:
- Native Portuguese speaker!- At least 3-5 year of relevant
- Great communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external
- Team management experience in a

- An interest in and passion for Uber- Demonstrated background in solving complex customer
- Analytical
- Google Sheet / Excel at an
- intermediate
