Your Impact

You will manage a team of Assistants within our Lisbon Expo location. You will monitor service levels and develop individual team members to ensure adequate coverage and delivery of
- class service for clients and supported colleagues.

You will lead, motivate, and mentor Assistants to enhance their effectiveness, performance, client delivery, and overall job satisfaction.

You will lead or assist recruiting efforts to review and manage adequate staffing levels. You will coordinate backup and overflow coverage to ensure
- quality, consistent, seamless service and quality during absences, unanticipated departures, and peak workloads.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• University degree is not a must
• 3+ years of previous experience in leading high performing teams
• 2 years' experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred
• Demonstrated maturity, good judgment,
  - confidence, flexibility and a ‘client-first mindset’
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate
  - paced and frequent change
• Openness to new solutions and emerging innovative mindset
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Emerging people leadership skills, comfortable in adapting to roles of leader and participant.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks against aggressive timelines and to stay focused under pressure
• Strong critical thinking and strong
