Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure the store meets brand standards.
• Support store management and provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Involve in staff training, supervising, and ensuring a high level of store presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in communication.
• Experience in Operations Management and Store Management.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in the luxury fashion retail industry is a must (min 2-4 years).
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.
