The Assistant Shop Manager will assist in the daily operations of the store, manage inventory, and ensure the store meets brand standards. Responsibilities include supporting store management, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing the customer experience. The Assistant Shop Manager will also be involved in staff training, supervising, and ensuring a high level of store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and ensure brand standards are met
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
• Support store management and contribute to a positive customer experience
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
• Involve in staff training, supervising, and maintaining high store presentation

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication
• Experience in Operations Management and Store Management
• Proficiency in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the luxury fashion retail industry is a must (min 2-4 years)
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage
