Role Description

This is a full time position ins LISBON, . The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment. The role includes managing inventory, supporting staff, implementing retail strategies, and ensuring adherence to loss prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a passion for driving Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication abilities to liaise effectively with customers and team members
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Operations
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategies
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
• Previous retail experience;
  
  familiarity with sustainable or
  - conscious products is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  
  additional training in retail management is advantageous
