As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing our customers with an incredible shopping experience. You will be responsible, together with the Store Manager, for ensuring the best sales levels and managing the store team. You will also support the Store Manager in stock management and ensure the store layout is attractive to customers. You will collaborate with the team on store cleanliness and organization. Additionally, you will assist in managing schedules, selecting new store staff, and addressing colleagues' or customers' queries, fostering a welcoming environment.

Do you meet the requirements?

• Do you have at least a high school diploma (12th grade)?
• Do you have two or more years of retail experience?
• Are you available to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays?
• Do you have initiative, sensitivity, and the ability to inspire your team?
