Assistant Store Manager
The candidate, working close to the Store Manager, has to ensure continuity and maintenance of strategic standards and operational procedures in order to achieve company goals and customer satisfaction in coherence with brand values and identity.
Ensure the best customer experience
Customer loyalty management
Daily, weekly and monthly briefing and reporting
General store accounting
Analysis, interpretation and sharing of KPI's and store performance
Stock take management
Minimum 5 years of Retail experience with 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager
A positive, dynamic and energetic individual
A strong desire to achieve results
Exceptional people motivation and management skills
A passion for the industry and brand
Proficiency in English
Additional languages beneficial
