- Monitoring of common and restricted areas: Supervise entrances, corridors, car parks, leisure areas and storage rooms to prevent unauthorised access - Access control for visitors and suppliers: Check identities, authorisations and entry/exit times - Support in emergency situations: Assist with evacuations, first aid and calling external services (fire brigade, police) - Supervision of the security team: Ensure that security guards and doormen are correctly positioned and complying with protocols - Regular inspections of security equipment: Check the functioning of cameras, alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting - Recording and reporting of incidents: Document incidents, suspicious behaviour or operational failures for analysis by the manager - Monitoring of internal events: Ensuring security at parties, meetings and conventions held at the hotel - Enforcement of safety and hygiene standards: Supporting compliance with health surveillance and fire prevention rules

Requisitos :
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in hospitality or luxury environments - Good command of English (spoken and written) - Strong sense of responsibility, discretion and leadership - Excellent communication skills and team spirit
