What You’ll Do:
✔ Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork;
✔ Verify that all customs documentation is correctly completed;
✔ Communicate with customers via email to resolve missing or unclear information;
✔ Maintain accuracy in a
- paced,
- oriented setting.
This is NOT a call center role
What We’re Looking For:
☑ Fluency in Italian / French (B2+ / C1) and a good level of English;
☑ A team player with a proactive,
- do attitude;
☑ Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills;
☑ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
☑ Eagerness to develop in a multicultural and multinational company;
