A CGI procura Assistentes de Backoffice, para integrar o nosso projeto na área da banca, em regime de
- time, onde será envolvido num projeto de operação de BPO no setor financeiro.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Tratamento de processos de Crédito (Backoffice):

• Análise e validação de documentação;
• Enquadramento de Operações de acordo com regras pré-definidas;
• Emissão de Contratos;
• Verificação da formalização de Contratos;
• Reconciliação de contas;
• Gestão de mailboxes;
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Formação Superior em Direito/Solicitadoria (preferencial), Gestão, Contabilidade; Economia, ou áreas similares;
• Mínimo 12º ano de escolaridade;
• Experiência profissional na área administrativa bancária (preferencial);
• Experiência em funções administrativas;
• Boa capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita);
• Capacidade para gerir conflitos e resistência ao stress;
• Sentido de responsabilidade;
