Company Overview

A Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting Assistente Comercial com PDEADS to collaborate with a leading company in the Insurance segment, in Guimarães shopping center.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and contact potential clients to promote the company's insurance products;
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions for each profile;
• Clarify customer doubts;
• Achieve sales and service quality objectives set by the company;
• Perform Back
  Office tasks related to the role.

Location and Schedule

• From 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (with 2 rotating days off per week);
• Guimarães.

Requirements

• 12th Grade Education;
• Insurance PDEADS certification (mandatory);
• Previous experience in customer service or sales;
• Good communication skills,
  - oriented, and able to work towards objectives;
• Computer literacy from a user perspective.

Conditions

• Employment contract with base salary of €1, 000 + €100 incentives + €9. 60 social allowance.
