This position is at Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, recruiting Assistente Comercial to collaborate with a leading insurance company in a shopping center in Guimarães.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and contact potential clients to promote the company's insurance products;
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions;
• Clarify customer doubts;
• Achieve sales and service quality objectives set by the company;
• Perform
  - office tasks related to the role.

Location and Schedule

• From 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (with 2 rotating days off per week);
• Guimarães.

Requirements

• High school diploma (12th Year);
• Previous experience in customer service or sales;
• Good communication skills,
  - oriented, and able to work towards targets;
• Basic computer skills.

Conditions

• Employment contract with base salary of €1, 000 + €100 incentives + €9. 60 meal allowance;
• Certification in insurance area (PDEADS).
