About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides customer/technical support and content moderation services. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and you will sign a contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

Work Type and Contract

On‑site, 6 month renewable contract.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high‑quality technical support via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, wireless connectivity, and e‑commerce.
• Handle general inquiries and pre‑sales questions.
• Escalate complex cases and collaborate with technicians to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to drive customer satisfaction and process improvements.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (rotational schedule).

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Dutch (C2) and strong English (minimum B2).
• Prior experience in customer or technical support.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Clear communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 08:00–20:00 (rotational shifts).
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00–17:00.
• Rotational days off (2 per week).

Compensation

• Complexity Bonus: €35 gross/month (paid over 11 months).
• Performance Bonus: €0 gross/month (paid over 12 months).
• Total Monthly Gross: Up to €355/month.

Relocation Package

• Travel Costs: Reimbursement of airfare up to €0 (economy class), paid at the end of the 6th month of the contract.
• Accommodation: If relocating from outside Portugal – a room in a shared apartment (maximum 12 months), rent €0/month including utilities (deducted directly from salary).
