Synchro, an outsourcing company by Egor, is recruiting Assistente de Atendimento a Cliente to collaborate with a client in the energy sector in Guarda.
Responsibilities
- Customer service based on client needs, including topics such as commercial issues, contracting, billing, debt, reading registration, scheduling, complaints, or other inquiries.
- Handling
- office and
- office tasks. - Addressing situations forwarded by clients via email, letter, fax, dedicated area, forms, and system workflows.
- Performing store operations tasks such as file management and cash closing.
Working hours and location
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 18:00.
- Guarda.
Requirements
- High school diploma (12th grade).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Good computer skills from the user's perspective.
- Immediate availability.
- Resident in Guarda.
Conditions
- Employment contract.
- Paid initial training of 30 days (10 days online and 20 days in person).
- Base salary of €870. 00 plus €6. 00 daily meal subsidy (meal card).
- Attendance subsidy of €76. 00.
- Cash bonus of €10. 00.
