- Effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Front Office Manager to coordinate the reception operation at the Pestana Vila Sol Hotel.
Front Office Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Implement front desk objectives and procedures.
- Hire and train staff and manage shift schedules.
- Tend to guests' complaints and questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized.
- Maintain front desk office supplies and equipment.
- Manage budgets, records, and contracts.
- Supervise staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
- Conduct performance reviews with the front desk staff.
- Generate reports and feedback for presentation to the general manager.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
Front Office Manager – Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a front desk manager or similar.
- Proficient in Opera software.
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Good leadership and training abilities.
