A Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a Logistics Assistant for a leading company in the construction materials sector located in Lousada.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders from suppliers and internal departments;
• Providing logistical support to warehouses (stock counts, stock evaluation, load validation, etc. );
• Analyzing logistical data and billing data;
• Monitoring product deliveries to ensure they are completed within agreed timelines and specifications;
• Ensuring shipments meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations;
• Conducting inventory checks and managing stock levels to ensure operational needs are met;
• Analyzing item movements and coordinating transfers between stores;
• Performing other related tasks as required.

Location and Schedule

• Monday to Friday;
• Occasional Saturdays;
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
• Lousada.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma (12th year);
• Experience in similar roles;
• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory);
• Strong analytical skills, dynamism, and autonomy;
• Sense of responsibility and organization;
• Good communication skills and interest in logistics and commercial areas.

Conditions

• Employment contract;
• Base salary plus meal allowance;
