Accoladed with a Michelin Star in the same year it opened and with the Green Michelin Star in 2025, Encanto serves a unique tasting menu, 100% vegetarian, with around 12 moments, that celebrates the work of small or local Portuguese farmers and cedes the spotlight to seasonal products.

Open for dinner, Tuesday to Saturday.

Requirements:

• Fine dining service experience: minimum 2 years (mandatory);

Candidate profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ previous professional experience in fine dining service;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Friendliness and a passion for customer service;
• Interest in wine and bar service;
• Ability to work under pressure in a
  - oriented environment;
• High level of responsibility;
• Good command of English (mandatory).
