This is an
- based function within the LSO providing direct support and coordination with the customer with regards to order processing, shipping of goods and stock coordination.

• Enter and execute orders in SAP, including coordination with logistics.
• Coordinate with logistics, customers, and other internal departments about delivery details.
• Execute stockshifts in SAP based on the decision of the Planning team, and inform logistics.
• Support the daily management of stock levels and taking action to ensure availability.
• Execute warranty exchanges based on the decision provided by the Technical Service team.
• Manage transport damages or hidden damages (verification with customer, contact with service, coordination with logistics).
• Launch and control the process for credit and debit notes and follow them until the approval.
