Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop business in strategic
- and
- sized accounts - Consistently identify potential clients
- Conduct meetings with
- makers to uncover opportunities in technology, digital, and innovation - Map client needs and work consultatively to build technical and commercial proposals
- Promote, prepare, and lead commercial presentations
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including international clients
- Collaborate closely with delivery/operations, technology, and innovation teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM
- Occasionally mentor and guide members of the commercial team
- Sell and generate revenue for the company with quality and responsibility
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in technology, innovation, digital transformation, outsourcing, or corporate IT consultancies
- Technical experience or knowledge (don’t worry, no need to know how to code. . . ) in areas such as: digital solutions, cloud, AI, UX, agile development, data, automation, etc.
- Familiarity with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, Agile, etc. )
- Consultative and strategic profile, focused on value generation and
- term relationships - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proactivity, organization, resilience,
- driven mindset, and strong negotiation skills
Desirable Differentials
- Experience with clients in sectors such as finance, insurance, telecom, or retail
- Knowledge of tools like Hubspot, Pipedrive, or other CRMs
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
