- Contribute to the ongoing development of
- related systems, processes and business practices by sharing recommendations to improve efficiency and
- Act as the voice of our customers, feeding back insights into the product development
- Drive improvements to NPS through immediate
- sales aftercare activities such as platform demos for customers**Requirements**:**Who you are**- Excellent verbal and written communication in English- 4+ years experience in commercial closing roles in the B2B technology or financial services
- You are interested in the

- You have excellent analytical skills tempered with a sense of commerciality, financial acumen and strong administration
- Working knowledge of a CRM such as Hub
