About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive Associate to focus on HNW and UHNW clients across various geographies. This role is central to our private client strategy and offers significant autonomy and commercial upside. You’ll develop new client relationships, nurture existing ones, and represent our
- performance solutions to a demanding, sophisticated clientele including private individuals, family offices, and wealth advisors.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management sales;
• Strong network among HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, or private client advisors;
• Entrepreneurial drive and commercial mindset;
• High level of autonomy and ownership;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus;
• Degree from a top university in Finance, Economics, or Business;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Discretion, professionalism, and
  - oriented attitude.
