Responsibilities
- Perform cash collections activities, including planning, implementation, and
- up with customers, managing credit risk. - Administer cash receipts and document SOX compliance in a timely manner.
- Record transactions according to local accounting principles, corporate instructions, and policies.
- Gather cash forecasts for regional Key Accounts and actively participate in collections.
- Apply cash daily and follow up on collection issues.
- Perform credit management and creditworthiness analysis for customers in designated regions.
- Maintain customer master records and ensure clean AR ledgers.
- Handle sales orders in compliance with CF Policy and Amgen values, suggest process improvements.
- Provide backup support to peer CF Associates and improve system/application usage.
Requirements
- University Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, controlling, or planning.
- Knowledge of Customer Finance and Accounts Receivables principles and practices.
- Ability to produce reports, verify documentation, and ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in Office programs, SAP, Excel, Power
Point. - Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
