- Your focus in this internship will be data excellence within our Customer Excellence Team- You will ensure that data flow between our global, external customer service partners and Emma is
- You will troubleshoot mismatches between internal and external data and design situation reports to improve the status
- You will be able to present your ideas on how to improve the setup and be part of shaping the future of data
- You will act as point of contact for data queries related to weekly business reviews with service
- You will have the opportunity to collaborate with contact centers in performing real time analysis and data analysis tasks**Who we're looking for**:
