Responsabilidades

• To collaborate with
  - functional teams to develop data science solutions that solve real business problems.
• To analyze and visualize large datasets to extract insights that drive strategic decisions.
• To build and test machine learning models to predict trends, optimize processes and improve customer experiences.
• To support the development of advanced analytics platforms and share best practices across teams.
• To conduct Proof of Concept (Po
  C) and Proof of Value (Po
  V) projects to test new ideas and demonstrate business impact.

Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related fields.
• Strong experience and proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with data structures, OOP and cloud platforms (AWS preferred); knowledge of R is a plus.
• Experience in data visualization (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly) and data management (pandas, numpy, scipy).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering).
• Knowledge of version control (git) and testing practices.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks (Lang
  Chain, Lang
  Graph) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and teamwork orientation.
