Job Description

We are looking for talented and driven Design professionals in Portugal for the role of Associate Design & Project Manager. Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required since all communication is in English.

As an Associate Design & Project Manager, you will work with a global network of people both internally at Slide
Hub and externally to deliver presentation designs for our clients. All new hires will undergo a paid training program to learn the necessary skills to start working for our clients.

This is an
- level / junior position, and recent college design graduates are welcome — no experience is required.

Role Responsibilities

Manage client projects from initial dialogue to presentation delivery.

Develop quality presentation designs for demanding clients.

Manage Slide
Hub's network of freelancers to deliver client projects.

Participate in various business development activities within the delivery team.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Willing to work morning and evening/night shifts in PT time (CET).

Strong prioritization and time management skills.

Experience and/or education in graphic design (Power
Point skills are a plus).

Have a valid work permit and meet legal requirements to work in Portugal.

Work schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week.

Paid annual leave of 22 days plus bank holidays.

Work remotely.

Shift details:

Primarily morning shifts, with occasional evening or rare night shifts.

Morning shift: 07:00-15:00 PT

Evening shift: 15:00-23:00 PT

Night shift: 23:00-07:00 PT

Weekend shifts may occur once or twice a month.

Salary:

Starting gross salary: 1, 339. 80 EUR/month.

Opportunity for promotion based on performance, with promotions to Project Manager typically within less than a year.
