About the role

As a Dev
Ops Engineer, you will work across our entire Paa
S solution, Jules Energy (Energy Trade Customer Portal | Energy21). You'll be part of the operations team and collaborate with teams in the Netherlands and the UK to maintain our 'live' products and troubleshoot issues. Your tasks include:

• Providing technical application support for 'Live' systems, including incident investigation, resolution, capacity, and performance management;
• Monitoring the platform’s health, usage, and overall compliance;
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to the platform;
• Collaborating with the product manager and customer success manager to understand requirements for new functionalities.

About you

We are seeking an analytical and proactive Java developer to join our team. You have at least 5 years of experience with Java, preferably in Saa
S or complex software environments, and are eager to contribute to our path toward standardization. Additionally, you should have:

• BSc / MSc in computer science or a relevant field;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Hands-on experience with JEE, Angular, JSF, SQL, AWS, Docker, and version control;
• Flexibility, excellent communication, and collaborative skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Located in the Lisbon metropolitan area.
