Job Description
Your role as a Digital Solutions Engineer is part of the Buyer Enablement team within the Solution Consulting organization. You will drive concepts to ensure a consistent and
- demand available Buyers Journey, reducing complexity for our buyers through various tools at all touchpoints, from vision generation to creating a positive experience at contract signing. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders is key to fulfilling this role.
Your responsibilities include:
- Buyer Enablement Initiative Management: Assisting in planning and executing initiatives to create a holistic and consistent Buyer Experience, promoting adoption of our
- App guidance, Demo Automation, and other tools to help buyers navigate our applications and understand Unit4 solutions. - User Guidance: Designing and developing user manuals to enable buyers to experience our solutions independently, working with Solution Consultants to learn about best practices and use cases.
- Demo Automation Tool Support: Contributing to the development of a Recorded Demo Library, supporting training sessions, and improving the use of Demo Automation tools to convince buyers and convert opportunities.
- Content Review and Editing: Acting as an interface between demo recordings and creative teams to manage content editing, including light editing to generate Buyer Enablement content.
- Impact Analysis: Supporting analytics of the Buyer Journey to improve insights and provide visibility into buyer intent data for our Account Managers and Solution Consultants.
- Solution Development: Navigating our ERP platform to identify best use cases and stories to address customer pain points, actively influencing ongoing deals by collaborating with Solution Consultants.
Qualifications
- Higher Education in Business Management, Information Technology, or Marketing
- First work experience is appreciated
- Strong understanding of user experience design and ability to create clear documentation
- Customer-centric motivation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and software development methodologies
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Active listening, effective communication, and convincing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platform Userlane and/or Demo Automation Platform Consensus is preferred
- Experience with Unit4 Business Applications is preferred
