About The Role
We’re looking for a visionary creative leader with deep experience in developing ad concepts for digital paid media advertising formats on Meta, Tik
Tok, and other channels. You should be a creative strategist by trade with a background in design, video editing, or performance marketing, and hyper‑focused on paid‑media performance.
- Lead high‑tempo creative strategy and direction for full‑funnel ad programs, typically Meta and Tik
Tok, but also You
Tube, Amazon, and Display Platforms. - Deliver expert short‑form video concepts that sell products and services.
- Translate client marketing strategy and performance data into clear, compelling ad concepts.
- Brief designers and editors on asset creation (static ads, animations, mobile‑first videos, storyboards).
- Present creative work to stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale.
- Monitor performance data to inform creative iterations and improve results over time.
What you should apply if this sounds like you
- 3+ years of creative strategy work on performance ad programs with a focus on short‑form video and statics.
- A digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work that includes short‑form video, motion, and statics, with evidence of impact metrics.
- Hands‑on design ability: storyboard, cut, ship ads; proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as thumb‑stop rate, hold rate, CTR, and CPA.
- Experience using AI tools (Chat
GPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Icon, Runway) to increase speed and volume. - Excellent communicator in writing and presentation; able to give actionable feedback to designers and navigate client pushback.
- Deep knowledge of Figma (auto layout, components) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Hard disqualifiers
- No Meta performance creative ad experience.
- No portfolio link or no performance context.
- Strategy‑only with no hands‑on design ability.
- Not excellent in client presentation and salesmanship.
