Profile:
- Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related field;



- Between 2 and 4yearsof
- on experience with ERP systems (e. G. , Primavera, Dynamics, Sage, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar);



- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications;



- Familiarity with system configuration and functional testing;



- Experience conductingworkshops, interviews, and documenting use cases;



- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;



- Strong analytical
- solving skills;



- Experience working
- functional teams and international environments;



- Fluency in Portugueseand English. Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the ERP system by participating in system configuration, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), while documenting updates and validating performance;



- Collaborate with business users throughout implementation and maintenance, gathering requirements and translating them into ERP functionalities, as well as providing
- level troubleshooting and escalating complex issues when necessary;



- Maintain accurate process documentation and configuration records, ensuring compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards. We offer:
