The Role

The Associate implementation Engineer is a hybrid position that combines the technical expertise of a Solutions Engineer with the
- facing, delivery focus of an Implementation Manager.

You will work with clients from the first conversations through to
- live, ensuring the platform is configured to deliver measurable value. This is a
- on role that involves designing solutions, solving unique client challenges, and building strong relationships that set customers up for
- term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering
  • Partner with Sales to understand prospects' goals, challenges, and technical landscape.

  • Translate requirements into tailored configurations across Signal AI's Web
    App, API, and advanced analytics products.

  • Deliver compelling,
    - specific product demonstrations that inspire and excite the prospect on the
    - ranging possibilities.

  • Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, answering questions on our AI, data sources, and integrations.

  • Contribute to RFP and RFI responses and proposals with a clear,
    - driven approach.

• Post-Sales / Implementation Engineering
  • Take ownership of the technical design and configuration of new client solutions during onboarding.

  • Develop creative and scalable solutions to unique client use cases.

  • Configure and optimise the platform to align with client objectives, including
    - workspace and
    - product deployments.

  • Deliver engaging training to ensure clients can confidently use the solution you have built.

  • Collaborate with Support, Product, AI Training and Data Ingestion teams to troubleshoot issues and advocate for client needs.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients to ensure a positive start to their Signal AI journey.
