What you'll do:

• Define and implement the technology strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee and evolve systems and technological processes

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as CTO or in similar technology roles
• 10 –15 years of professional experience in technology
• Strong expertise in systems architecture and information security
• Leadership skills with strategic vision and team management capabilities
• Proactive, organized, and
  - driven mindset
• English fluency mandatory
• Portuguese fluency mandatory
