What You Will Do

• Act as a technical expert to guide staff members and functional teams on their automation and Gen
  AI use cases’ development and deployment.
• Provide technical coaching support for Power Automate, Custom GPTs, Ui
  Path and Power
  Apps use cases.
• Host office hours and other enablement sessions.
• Build varying complexity Cloud and desktop flows in Power Automate.
• Build varying complexity Custom GPTs with Actions, RAG or MCP integrations.
• Build and configure Power
  Apps (canvas and
  - driven).
• Build dashboards in Power BI as per requirements.
• Ensure Agile methodologies are strictly adhered to, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery of value.
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML and Gen
  AI tooling and actively contribute to internal
  - sharing forums.
• Deliver effective product demonstrations for internal and external collaborators.

What We Expect Of You

• 2+ years of experience building Gen
  AI solutions using End-2-End solutions leveraging Custom GPT or Co
  Pilot Studio.
• 2+ years of
  - on experience with Power Platform product offerings (Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI) and Ui
  Path.
• 2+ years of experience using Agile Methodologies to implement solutions.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders while delivering in a team setting.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and
  - driven architectures to connect RPA and AI workflows with backend systems.
• Experience with Open
  AI APIs.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Agentic AI or
  - based automation.
• Model Context Protocols (MCPs) for Custom GPTs.
• RAG implementation to extend/ground LLMs.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence for agile delivery.
• Experience with Share
  Point site development.
• Familiarity with Gx
  P and systems validation.
• Experience in regulated industries such as biotech or healthcare.

Shift Information

This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required based on business requirements.
