The IQVIA Medical Communications Team requires an experienced Associate Operational Effectiveness Manager to cover maternity leave for a period of up to 180 days. The role entails supporting the

- day operations of the IMC Team.
The candidate should have 3 - 5 years' experience in an operations or similar role, be highly organized with excellent attention to detail, and have experience in project management or a comparable
- focused role. The role includes timely, thorough, and accurate data collation and analysis to inform strategic operational and financial decisions. Other responsibilities include developing, updating, and improving SOPs and work instructions to support project delivery and business development activities. Expertise in Smartsheet is essential. A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach with a "can do" attitude is required in a
- moving environment. A medical communications agency background is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Regular communication with the wider IMC team
- Ensuring processes remain compliant
- Collation of data as requested and preparation of reports for review/analysis
- Development and implementation of appropriate systems, processes, and practices across the team to ensure operations are carried out in a timely and
- effective way - Contribution to the review and improvement of operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Management of timely data collection to update operations metrics
Requirements
- Experience of working as an Associate Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent project planning and management skills
- Proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach, a 'can do' attitude, and ability to function effectively and efficiently in a
- moving environment - Experience of work in a medical communications agency (ideal, but not essential)
Skills And Qualifications
- Ideally 3 - 5 years' experience
- Advanced level Smartsheet or similar tool skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams), including strong Excel skills
- Aptitude for learning new applications
- Knowledge of LEAN methodology
- Strong IT skills, including database development
- Ability to develop clear and accurate reports
