At Global Blue, every transaction matters—and behind every seamless experience is a powerful ecosystem of systems, data, and people. We're looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Associate Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our data management and fraud prevention platforms.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of business and technology—translating complex requirements into smart, scalable solutions. If you enjoy solving data puzzles, thrive in cross‑functional teams, and want to see the real‑world impact of your work, this is your chance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Dive into the mechanics of transaction systems and understand data flows at their core.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories.
- Define business logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Validate development outputs, spot inconsistencies, and ensure we’re building the right things.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and system teams to track changes and anticipate downstream effects.
- Support your Product Manager with research, insights, and structured thinking that moves the product forward.
- Be a key player in improving fraud detection and transaction accuracy—at global scale.
Every action has an impact. You will make a difference here if:
- Analytical and detail‑oriented—you naturally spot patterns and inconsistencies.
- A clear communicator who can write crisp, structured documentation.
- Inquisitive—you enjoy figuring out how systems work and how to improve them.
- Collaborative and humble—you're comfortable working with teams across disciplines.
- Motivated by data integrity, real‑world impact, and continuous learning.
Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if:
- 3+ years in IT, software development, product ownership, or business/system analysis.
- Strong SQL skills—confident writing queries and analyzing data.
- Background in software development is a plus (but not a must).
- Experience working with cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English communication skills—written and verbal.
Together, we go further:
- Working on high‑impact systems that support millions of transactions worldwide.
- Contributing to mission‑critical tools that enhance fraud intelligence and deliver accurate, reliable data to our downstream systems.
- Being part of a diverse, international team that values innovation and ownership.
- Growing your career in product management—with the right mix of challenge, mentorship, and autonomy.
What makes this role special:
You won’t just be writing specs - you’ll be helping shape how millions of transactions flow through our systems. You'll gain hands‑on experience across the product lifecycle, grow your technical expertise, and make meaningful contributions alongside experienced product managers, engineers, and analysts.
