Key Responsibilities
- Drive Agile Delivery: Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of
- functional initiatives to keep projects on schedule and mitigate risks. - Foster Team Culture: Assist with Agile rituals (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and support team onboarding to maintain engagement and trust.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate with internal and external partners to clarify objectives, track roadmaps, and define success metrics.
- Resource Management: Maintain capacity tracking and resource planning to ensure realistic staffing and seamless delivery.
- Communication Hub: Facilitate transparent communication across technical, product, and content teams, ensuring the "what" and "why" are clear to all stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and help refine workflows, documentation, and templates to support the Program Management community.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in program or project management (recent graduates with a strong passion for the field are encouraged to apply!).
- Core Skills: Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate clearly with
- functional teams. - Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in learning Agile methodologies (Scrum), software development processes, and technical tools.
- Toolkit: Familiarity with or a desire to learn tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication, or equivalent experience.
