- Associate Product Managers work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to do whatever it takes to ensure we're constantly improving our product. Along the way, you will be exposed to all facets of product development, from writing feature specs and creating wireframes, to prioritizing implementation work and QA’ing new releases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the vision and design of scalable platform products that can be leveraged internally and externally
- Create and maintain close relationships with our customers, market and stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their needs as well as the competitive landscape
- Build business cases and define requirements/wireframes for new feature enhancements, products, and services
- Capture, analyze, leverage, and share customer insights
- Digging into product analytics and making
- driven suggestions for product improvements and tests - Triaging bugs and feature requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field required
- 3+ years of previous experience as a project manager, product manager, software developer, quality assurance, management consultant or similar role
- Solid understanding of relevant technology and tools including APIs, cloud solutions, AI tools and programming languages is preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships
- Skilled in team management, plan creation and documentation practices
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily
- environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing,
- based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to
- related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc. )
