What You Will Do
The Quality Compliance Associate is a global role within the R&D Quality Organization, supporting continuous improvement and change management processes related to the quality management system. You will play a vital role in Amgen’s Quality Management System by supporting improvements across R&D using standard methodologies such as Lean, DMAIC, and Six Sigma. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with R&D team members to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing change strategies in R&D processes
- Organizing and managing data using systems like Excel and Smartsheet
- Supporting project management based on data from management reviews or quality events
- Performing repetitive tasks accurately following instructions
