We are hiring Associate Sales Operations Analysts to support a team of experts who help Canonical's sales teams achieve their business goals. The Sales Operations team focuses on continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will be collaborative, proactive in improving team workflows, and committed to maintaining compliance and governance.
The role's success is measured by increased deal velocity and improved CRM data quality, which supports key business decisions. The ideal candidate is
- oriented, a problem solver, and a team player passionate about partnering with sales teams and promoting open source technology to a broader audience of innovators and enterprises. They will also support programs that enable Canonical's ongoing success.
Location:
This role is remote within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily operations of the global sales function.
- Verifying opportunity accuracy and processing orders upon deal closure.
- Assisting in reporting and improving sales data quality and processes.
- Supporting the sales team with CRM and other sales systems.
- Delivering sales metrics, dashboards, and performing
- hoc analyses. - Automating and streamlining the Lead to Order process.
Candidate requirements:
- Strong academic record from high school and university.
- Experience in sales operations or related fields, such as financial or sales analysis, preferably in tech.
- Energetic, systematic, and focused on scalable outcomes.
- Excellent
- solving and analytical skills. - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders globally.
- Effective communication skills across teams.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks.
