We are hiring Associate Sales Operations Analysts to support a team of experts who help Canonical sales teams achieve their business goals. The Sales Operations team drives continuous process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will be collaborative and demonstrate initiative in improving team workflows, maintaining compliance, and governance.
The success of this role is measured by increased deal velocity and the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data used for key business decisions. The ideal candidate will be
- oriented, a problem solver, and a team player who is passionate about partnering with sales teams, our role in the technology industry, and bringing open source to a wider audience of innovators and enterprises. They will support programs that enable Canonical's continued success.
Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.
The role entails:
- Supporting all aspects of the

- day operations of the global sales function. - Checking opportunities for accuracy and provisioning orders upon successful deal closure.
- Supporting the Sales Operations Analysts and Manager in reporting and improving sales data quality and processes.
- Assisting the sales team globally with CRM and other sales operations systems.
- Delivering sales metrics, dashboards, and other analytical tasks.
- Helping automate and streamline the Lead to Order process.
What we are looking for in you:
- An exceptional academic record from high school through university.
- Experience in an
- level role related to sales operations, financial analysis, or sales analysis, preferably in the tech industry. - An energetic, thoughtful, and systematic approach focused on robust, scalable outcomes.
- Excellent
- solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work productively with stakeholders at all levels globally.
- Effective
- team communication skills. - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks.
