The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Software Engineer to join one of our tennis trading software delivery teams. The team designs, develops, and runs market‑leading sports trading platforms for the world’s largest online betting company, powering sports betting for more than 20 in‑house brands and B2B customers 24/7 around the globe. Our tennis platform is already class‑leading, supporting more than 100k matches per year, and we are always striving for greatness.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop trading applications in C#
• Use industry best practices
• Write highly optimised, multi‑threaded code
• Understand the broader business context when designing solutions
• Embrace building and maintaining team culture and values
• Support a wide range of production applications

What You’ll Bring

• Proficiency developing and fine‑tuning performance‑critical software that scales
• Parallel programming in C# (synchronisation, TPL, multithreading, async/await)
• Experience with. NET Core
• Solid understanding of design patterns
• Knowledge of build pipelines and automated production deployment systems
• Knowledge of message queues: Pulsar, Kafka
• Experience developing distributed systems
• Experience with automated unit, integration and end‑to‑end testing
• Interest in mathematics, probability theory, statistics, and modelling
