Due to our continued success, we are recruiting consultants with experience working with Business Systems and APIs. In these roles, you’ll join our dynamic team and support our customers through their implementation of Unit4 ERP, focusing on extensions, integrations, and reporting.

Job Description

As an Associate Technical Consultant (Tech
Ops), you will work with our business system, Unit4 ERP, as part of a highly knowledgeable and experienced team within a global consulting organization operating internationally. Your responsibilities include performing assignments with new and existing customers, primarily involving cloud installations.

In cloud assignments, you will act as a technical contact person, supporting project teams with technical issues and contributing to our global cloud migration strategies. You will advise customers on their infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability and work closely with the Cloud
Ops team to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Proactive learning attitude and eagerness to develop skills
• Positive approach to challenges
• Strong team player with an understanding of collaboration's value
• Customer engagement skills, with the ability to respond to needs and build
  - term relationships
• High responsibility and reliability
