As part of Sword’s CEO Team, you’ll sit at the heart of strategic
- making during a phase of rapid growth and innovation. You’ll mostly support our competitive intelligence function and key initiatives across the business, helping to shape how we navigate market dynamics, pursue new opportunities, and scale rapidly.
The CEO team reports directly to the CEO of Sword and is responsible for: supporting the CEO and Sword's leadership through our exponential growth, with
- impact strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities; driving
- functional and financially significant projects across core business units; leading and supporting new wave development, new business verticals, etc. ; promoting alignment and accountability across the organization as a change agent for the organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support our competitive intelligence efforts: structure, monitor and analyze the competitive landscape across products, markets, and
-
- market strategies; - Assist in
- priority initiatives including investor & board relations, and corporate development; - Support in
- making, communication, project management, and implementation of
- functional projects for Sword’s leadership; - Build and maintain strategic assets such as battlecards, competitor profiles, and strategic comparisons to inform key teams including Sales, Product, and Leadership;
- Distill complex,
- changing information into clear, actionable insights; - Monitor industry trends, emerging players, partnerships, and M&A activity to support leadership’s strategic view.
What you need to have:
- 2+ years of strategy consulting, corporate strategy, VC/PE or business development;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Curious, proactive and resourceful;
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Capacity to work collaboratively with
- functional teams, with high ownership and accountability; - Organization and planning skills;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Compensation:
€29, 430 - €46, 247 a year. Base: €23, 100 - €36, 300. Variable: €1, 400 - €2, 200. Net equity value per year: €4, 930 - €7, 747. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, and market factors. Benefits include health insurance, meal allowance, equity shares, remote work allowance, flexible hours, and more.
