What Youll Be Doing

• Reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices from users regarding copyright and intellectual property.

• Checking & updating content on one of the worlds most popular social media platforms.

• Auditing & preparing content for social media uploads to ensure it meets quality and compliance standards.

• Monitoring KPIs to make sure our service meets and exceeds contractual targets.

• Staying informed on our clients products and services to provide accurate and relevant moderation.

• Following strict guidelines to ensure content accuracy and compliance.

• Safeguarding customer data and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Italian (written & spoken)

• Good English communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Ability to work in a structured,
