What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will
- Manage bookings (modify, cancel, or create new reservations).
- Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls and email.
- Provide support with services such as Flight Club, VIP Service, and PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility).
- Handle claims related to strikes, delays, or cancellations.
- Deliver accurate,
- time information that helps customers make informed decisions. - Go beyond customer expectations to ensure a memorable experience.
- Listen carefully to each customer’s situation and acknowledge their needs.
Your profile
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a high level of Spanish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
- Ideally has experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Brings at least 6 months of experience in customer service or as a tourism/travel representative.
