Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering
- quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in Dutch. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely
- Ensure high levels of customer
- Document customer interactions according to internal
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements- Dutch C2 level (mandatory)- Good level of English- Strong communication and problem‑solving
- Customer-oriented
- Availability to work in rotational shifts
Contract & Compensation- Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6
- Base Salary: 1, 100 € per year (paid over 14 months)- Performance Bonus: 135 € per year (14 months)- Complexity Bonus: 120 € per year (11 months)Relocation support is available.
